"Where is my bikini?"
Orders are sent off on Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays from Wilderness. Shipping costs R45 and free for orders over R1000. You’ll receive a tracking number with a link once your order is with the couriers. During sales, busier times or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take a little longer and we’ll notify customers of any shipping delays with our couriers.

If it’s been more than 10 working days since you placed your order and you haven’t yet received it, please contact hello@sunfairswim.com.

"Collab?"
If you think Sunfair and your business compliment each other beautifully and could be friends forever, please contact danielle@sunfairswim. We want to build lifelong relationships with other local brands who have the same values and aesthetics as us.

Sunfair is not currently looking for Ambassadors.

“Do you make custom bikinis?”
Unfortunately not. 1, the amount of time and fabric it takes me to create a brand new pattern in someone else’s size that’s a perfect fit is frustrating and wasteful. 2, I refuse to make or sell anything I wouldn’t buy myself.

“Can we stock your bikinis?”
Small boutiques that stock locally made products or have a similar aesthetic to Sunfair’s are welcome to contact us for our wholesale price list and terms. International wholesale orders are welcome too.
We don’t sell on consignment but are always keen to join pop up events.

"I bought the wrong size! What now?"
We offer 1 free exchange per transaction on full priced items within 7 days of the initial delivery. Please email hello@sunfairswim to arrange an exchange. Once we've received the returned item (in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags on), you'll receive a shop credit and you can then order your new size. Items purchased using promotional discount codes or on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
